i feel the same way you do too. i heard about a young girl this Easter who found out the Easter Bunny was fake, so the parents also told her that Santa and all others are also fake and she was devastated. why lie to the kids about that? why do people think those things make holidays more special? good things and gifts come from parents and that does not make holidays any less special.

ooh…i’m jealous…i really WANT to homeschool but my two wild children drive me crazy and i’m just ready for my oldest, sea to go to kindergarten in the fall so i can have some alone time with my 2-year-old son, story. i know i will miss her immensely and possibly reconsider…looking forward to “following” your blog…you are are a few years in! p.s. i’m really hoping to get your family to come to our LLA reunion so i’ll be following up!
